I was in a tough spot trying to track down a hard-to-find ShoreStation lift part right before the busy holiday season. On a Monday morning, Ryan took a cold call from someone he'd never met and immediately went to work trying to help. Instead of giving me excuses or telling me it couldn't be done, he went above and beyond to locate the part, coordinate the purchase, and arrange delivery from Iowa all the way to Topeka, Kansas. What impressed me most wasn't just that he found the part—it was the level of ownership and urgency he showed throughout the entire process. Ryan understood that getting this lift repaired meant getting our boat back in the water in time for the 4th of July holiday, and he treated the situation like it mattered. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare today. Ryan's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a major headache into a great experience. This was my first boat purchase. I’ve rented boats before and I have owned a jet ski for over ten years, so I’m familiar with being on the water, but I was nervous buying a boat. Ryan, the sales manager, helped us. Since this was my first boat, I had a ton of questions. Ryan took the time to answer all my questions and went through the Mastercraft boats we were looking at and explained all the boat features. He knew the local lake we would be boating on and said our boat would be perfect for the lake. Ryan’s demeanor, patience and knowledge put me at ease. He said he or his assistant, Brandon, would deliver the boat and go over everything with us on the water so we were comfortable with the boat, the boat features and performance. They even showed me how to dock the boat at our dock since it is a bit tight. Ryan and Brandon have been awesome to work with. If I have a question, they are always welcome to answer and are only a text or phone call away. They also sent a really cool Thank you package with goodies! I didn’t expect that, but very much appreciated. I’ve always said you can buy a car, or now a boat, get a good deal, but it is how you are treated after the sale that really counts. We have been treated as if their only customer, first class. We had a personal issue after we got the boat and they stepped in to help out. That was awesome! I also want to mention the folks at the tubes, jackets, accessories. They have always helped with my needs for my jetski and that have as well with the new boat. Super nice people and are so willing to help. With the boat purchase, not only did we buy a new boat, but we also have new friends.

I'm usually not one to do reviews but I'm compelled to this time because of the positive awesome experience I had with them recently in their parts department. Simply put these are the guys you should be doing business with if you are not already. I will be back.
